Jorge Pajovic is the Founder and CEO of VALSAM Investment LLC. A Business Administration graduate with a background in financial strategy, construction planning, project feasibility and risk analysis, he began his career contributing to the financial planning and structuring of major public and private construction projects in Latin America.

For nearly a decade in the United States, he has applied this experience to real estate investment and development, building a diversified track record across residential, multifamily, value-add and development opportunities.

At VALSAM, Jorge leads the firm’s investment strategy with a disciplined approach focused on identifying opportunities, structuring capital, managing execution and creating long-term value.

Valentina Pajovic is a real estate professional and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background spanning real estate sales, property operations, permitting, insurance risk analysis, multifamily management, value creation, marketing and public relations. Her professional experience includes roles with 123 Permit Solutions, ProLab and multifamily management organizations, giving her a broad understanding of the operational, commercial and risk-related factors that influence real estate assets.

A Florida-licensed real estate professional and Notary Public, with training through Coldwell Banker, Valentina combines market knowledge with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a natural ability to build lasting professional relationships. She is also Co-Founder and CEO of Brisk Development Solutions, further strengthening her experience in entrepreneurship, business development and real estate.
